How Do Kids Behave After The Class?

Mrs. Behl's 3 year old toddler came back from his nursery. His first day at the nursery was bad. And he was full of complaints. I don't like the teacher, the maid forced me to eat biscuits when I didn't want to and off course, the usual, I don't like that school, I won't go back tomorrow. Every parent must have heard this from their child at some point of time or the other. Why do children have that behavior as part of their first impact? Children have to be coerced into joining a nursery way before they actually join one. This makes the transition smooth and less jerky.Mrs. Vatsayan's foresight had taken her to a counselor way before her daughter Aditi was to join the playschool in the vicinity. In accordance to the suggestions of the counselor, Mrs. Vatsayan made a few changes in her daily routine which helped her adjust to nursery without a hassle. The first thing Mrs. Vatsayan did was to invite a lot of guests for a party. She made sure little aditi, wished everybody and went to those who wanted to carry her, without crying. The party helped familiarize Aditi with people she hadn't seen. She was only used to her family members and was a little scared looking at the aunties and uncles that came.

She was shy to make friends with Sneha, her mother's friend's daughter. An uncle asked her some questions at the Party and Aditi couldn't answer so she was in tears. But Mrs. Vatsayan used the opportunity to talk gently to her in front of that uncle and made sure Aditi answered. Mrs Vatsayan, made sure wherever she took Aditi, she introduced her to people, this made Aditi's fear for new faces gradually disappear. At the Bank, At the museum, Aditi was being exposed to new people and new places. Finally Mrs. Vatsayan, left Aditi at home with a baby sitter whom she hired for a few hours.

Aditi cried seeing her mother dress up for a meeting. Mrs Vatsayan gently reassured Aditi she would be back soon and showed her how to wait for the needle of the clock to come to a point. Aditi had crossed that period and had made friends with the Baby sitter. Aditi was ready for the school and this time, unlike Mrs. Behl's son, Aditi was happy after class.
