With all this excessive weight on her mind, she may sometimes appear to be upset. Being engulfed with so many situations, without having someone to talk to, can have a really potent affect on her emotions. That's where we, their boyfriends, are supposed to come in.
Women need someone to hear their problems, to vent with. If you take the time to feel empathy towards her, it'll let her know that you care enough to listen. You will have given her just what she wanted in the first place, clear communication through your conversation.
If while you're talking you are in a public place, please don't stare at other women. This seems like the most obvious thing not to do, but it happens all the time.

Sometimes women tend to ask about your opinion about other women. If the woman is more attractive than your girlfriend, don't say it. Your lady really doesn't want to hear that.
Lastly, be sure that you let your woman know that you are aware of where you are in your relationship, and that you care about where it's going.
