Watch Pacquiao vs Bradley live. While the eternal disappointment of not seeing Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather remains, in its place we were given two high quality match-ups. On Pacquiao's end, he meets an undefeated, top 10 pound for pound fighter in Timothy Bradley, a guy who's regarded as the best in the world at junior welterweight. Not bad for a backup opponent.

Watch Pacquiao vs Bradley live online. In some ways though, I believe that Pacquiao got the short end of the stick. He's in tough here with a capable opponent who has never tasted defeated and doesn't know how to surrender.

Have we begun to see the slow, inexorable decline of Manny Pacquiao? I think there are legitimate concerns across a number of fronts, all of which make this a dangerous fight for him.

Pacquiao has ongoing issues with his leg cramps. His body may be wearing down a bit after taking on so many bigger, stronger opponents. His commitment to fighting, as well as his overall emotional and mental dedication to training, may also be reaching its collective breaking point. Pacquiao continues to move closer to a full-time political career, and distractions, as always, abound in his personal life.

I don't think Pacquiao has fallen very far, however. There's clearly an end in sight, but our last image of him in the ring shouldn't be the standard-bearer of how we consider him today.

Juan Manuel Marquez has his number, and he always has. His combination of precise counter-punching, along with his combative spirit and all around technical skill, ensure that he will always be an ideal foil to Pacquiao's aggressive, dynamic offense.

I believe that the fight community at large made too much of the difference in weight between the second and third fights, and that led to outsized expectations of a dominant performance - which given the style of these two guys - was simply never going to happen. Pacquiao didn't look good against Marquez and he never will, but that's really besides the point.

Bradley does pose concerns of his own, of course. He's never tasted defeat as a professional, and he's fought back from the brink and against adversity to score impressive wins.

He went to the UK and fought Junior Witter in his backyard to capture his first title. He came up off the deck after a vicious knockdown to steal a victory from Kendall Holt. He easily controlled an undefeated Lamont Peterson, who of course just rose to prominence with a surprise win over Amir Khan. While he didn't capture the public's imagination, he still established himself as the better fighter against Devon Alexander.

That should help him to neutralize Pacquiao's favorite shot, his lead straight left. Once he's inside, it's time to tie him up, hold onto him, keep him out of rhythm, push him off... all of those rough, ugly tactics with which he can excel.

"I don't think Manny is doing that," replied Konz:"He is not underestimating Bradley. Manny was young. Manny was hungry at one time as a young fighter. He knows that Bradley is undefeated. Bradley as a physical aspect; he's got a tremendous body. He has skill and we know he is going to be in the best shape of his life and he is going to come there to win this fight."

First of all, Manny is not going to show up in the best shape of his life, because he's not going to magically become 5 years younger in this fight. I would expect Manny to be in slightly better shape than the JMM fight, but he is not going to be too far off from that standard. The distractions that detracted from his last training camp are not going away either.

Who exactly is Tim Bradley and why is he making such outlandish comments?

He is a 28-year-old undefeated junior welterweight champion with a perfect 25-0 (11 KOs) record that is currently ranked as the No. 2 best boxer in the Light Welterweight division by Ring Magazine.

Impressiveuntil you look at his opponents. Joel Casamayor, Devon Alexander, Luis Abregu and Lamont Peterson were his last four wins, and Im going to go out on the limb and say the average boxing fan may be able to recognize two of those names.

He has yet to prove himself against top competition, and his remarks against two of the all-time greats are embarrassing.

Beat Pacman and then start targeting Mayweather. One step at a time.

Bradley is the underdog in this easy fight and will make you believe hes the best boxer on the planet. In reality, Bradley is just a young gun that has tasted success and thinks hes better than he really is.

As Pacman sits back and reads his comments with a smile, expect him to use this ridiculous remarks to his advantage in a fight that will be decided by a Pacquiao KO in Round 10.

His most recent victories were dominant knockouts, but that's not saying much, considering he was fighting an inexperienced Devon Alexander and a washed-up Joel Casamayor. Before that, he easily dispatched 27 other scrubs.

Of course, it would be silly to say Bradley hasn't fought anyone of Pacquiao's caliber, because nobody outside of Mayweather is on Pac-Man's level. However, it's concerning that Bradley is taking on the champ without having faced anyone remotely close to Pacquiao's ability.

Pacquiao's unique blend of speed, power, experience and aggressiveness will be unlike anything Bradley has ever seen. The Filipino phenom has destroyed far more seasoned fighters than Bradley, and I'm expecting the kid to be overwhelmed from the start.

Although Pacquiao is slowing down a bit, he still has bombs in his hands, and he's not afraid to throw them. I'm looking for him to rock Bradley early and often, disposing of yet another obstacle in the way of his superfight with Mayweather.
