Near La Nina, Kings Cross is another great dining location. Lots of restaurants offer many palatable dishes for the hungry tourists as they offer just about everything from traditional cuisine to fast food. The outdoor open grills are filled with the delicious smells of fresh burgers and chicken wings. Choose anything you like and enjoy the food served in the Kings Cross district.

When visiting Quito you should be aware of a few safety issues. Try to stay away from dark alleys and keep your valuables in the hotel room. Use cabs to drive in and out of places you do not know and stay alert when you cruise the streets at night. The recommended way to travel,when in Quito or in other parts of the country, is with a larger group.
The Quito weather can be quite cold. Temperatures are spring like and they tend to stay that way throughout the year. Make sure to pack some warm clothing. There are only two seasons here, the dry season and the wet season. During the latter, the city can be struck quite hard by El Nino so pack an umbrella and lots of water resistant clothing if you travel to Quito during that time.
