This Is Day 17 Of My Prescription HCG Diet


This is Day 17. I'm still truckin'; still moving forward. Periodically I jump online to see what else is going on in the dieting world; mostly just to reaffirm that I've made the best choice going with the Prescription HCG Diet. Today I stumbled across some interesting info. There were a bunch of diet pill reviews mixed with reviews and testimonials of HCG dieting and other drastic weight loss methods. It totally solidified my argument in favor of the Prescription HCG Diet program.

There seem to have been some pretty in depth issues lately in connection with a few of the popular dieting pills on the market. In several of the diet pill reviews people mentioned having some pretty disturbing complications in response their use of commonplace, everyday diet pills. When I saw that, I relayed the negative take on diet pills makes the prescription HCG based program Lisa and I choose to do look even more savvy and effective. So I decided to email copies to her husband immediately.

If you're wondering who Lisa is...then you probably haven't read the other articles in the series. Come on! Get on that! Lisa is my dieting buddy. And if I lose more weight than her...she owes me a pair of jeans. That's our deal.

When I was talking Lisa into doing the prescription HCG diet with me, her husband was the biggest naysayer working against me. So whenever I find something that supports my side of the argument (the winning side, that is) I have to send it on to him. Thus he is receiving copies of all the negative diet pill reviews I stumbled across today.

But enough of that! This is Day 17 and....drum roll, please...I didn't lose any weight! I know...disappointing. I'm still at 156 pounds. But I'm putting a positive spin on it from this point forward and I'm going to say...I didn't gain any weight either! Wahoo!

This morning I took both my HCG shot and my B-Total Sublingual. And since I stuck at the same weight I decided to try one of the suggested plateau breakers from the protocol book. I cut Melba Toasts out of my diet for the day.

At lunchtime I grilled steak. I ate an appropriate sized portion and packed the rest up. Leftovers are the best on this diet. I also had some Green Tea and strawberries with lunch. (Notice I did not have any Melba Toasts).

At dinner I made chicken asparagus soup. It's a favorite. And it was extra yummy tonight because soup is just better when it's cold outside. And it was definitely cold outside tonight. I had more strawberries as a late night snack. And I skipped out on the Melba Toasts again even though they would have been good alongside the soup. We'll check to see if this plateau breaker worked on the scale in the morning.
