This is my Prescription HCG journal...in article format. It's Day 19. And I'm down another pound. Wahoo! It's like a terrific game and I'm totally winning!

When I got on the scale today I'd already been up for an hour or two. I usually jump on there first thing so my numbers could be a bit off. Although...I hadn't eaten anything so I figured that it couldn't be too wildly off.

My daughter was sick and I got up with her in the early morning hours. After I got her back to sleep I figured I might as well stay up for the day. I ended up out and about cleaning the house for a couple hours before I remembered to get back in my room and jump on the scale.

But when I did...I dropped down a pound leaving me at 154 pounds. That means that I've lost a total of 17 pounds so far doing the Prescription HCG diet. And that's not bad! In fact, that's pretty fabulous! I'm impressed with my own results.

From what I've heard (and read) the average weight loss for dieters who follow the rules on the Prescription HCG Diet Direct program is 1 to 2 pounds per day. I've also heard and read that men are usually the ones experiencing the higher end of the averages. (Annoying, but typical).

I'm happy because so far I'm pretty dang close to those fabulous weight loss averages. I've read my fair share of Prescription HCG Diet Direct reviews and testimonials and when this is finished I'm totally getting on there and writing one of my own.

From what I've experienced the Prescription HCG Diet Direct reviews should all be fabulous and they should be ALL over the place! I've tried a ton of different dieting options and this is the most efficient method I've ever had the pleasure to work with...by far. It also seems to be the successful for the long term in comparison to others that I've worked with.

I love the new things that I've been introduced through by way of the diet. I cook healthier. I eat more healthy foods. I recognize certain eating options as easy, but unhealthy and am able to avoid them.

For example...consider what I had for lunch today. I had a piece of lean steak (leftovers), Melba Toasts and half a grapefruit. And for dinner I had Buffalo Chicken Salad, an apple and Melba Toasts. Since a large portion of the my eating options are straight from the Prescription HCG Recipe Guide I'll have to make sure to mention it when I'm leaving all my fabulous reviews after I complete the diet.
