, its mainly because of a break in normal workout routine while at times, we get a little too carried away and consume alcohol in much larger quantities than usual. Alcohol can easily trigger weight gain in individuals.
Eating habits during holidays, also effect weight loss or gain. For instance, on my last holiday in China I have been eating a lot of Chinese food that was raw or partly cooked, plus sea food and causal snacks while on shopping. When you are busy exploring new foods, its really hard to control your diet. At times its inappropriate to refuse a second course of meal while in company of some good friends or local hosts. Other than that, holidays where beach lazing is the only sport we indulge inand do not perform any other activity also cause building layers and layers of the tissues we hate called fats.

TIP #1.WALK & BURN FAT

TIP#3 DANCE OFF AND SLIM UP
Any weight loss activity that keeps you interested or brings a smile on your face is better than forcing yourself to lift those weights that give you excruciating back pain. After dinner, try out a nearest club and get all sweaty on the dance floor. If you are not good at it, worry not because you are not surrounded by professionals. Every second person can possible make a worst dancer than you! Also, in the first few nights if you are really shy or bad at dancing just keep jumping or hooping up.
