About a spiritual journey we all need to make and understanding the interactive workings of Nature and the human mind along the status free way.

Q: Okay Alf, what is this verbal boot camp journey and where are we going?

A: We are going to the silent spiritual source of thought, the abstract field of pure intelligence, the transcendent field of pure potential within the human being...open to all human beings. Not just the born gifted, privileged, educated, rich and successful in society.

Q: So how do we get there?

A: We meditate correctly twice daily, regularly, consistently. Through its short uncomplicated spiritual practice, we eventually dissolve the retained subliminal debris of childhood that is locked up in the interactive biological workings of our adult minds and bodies. The retention of which, unknowingly debilitates the quality of conscious thought and prevents spiritual growth. It can be called the un-expanded ordinary state of consciousness of primordial mankind, irrespective of born I.Q. mathematical genius, science genius, literary genius, religious genius, political genius, business genius, acting genius, singing genius, super salesman genius and all the other gifted intelligence that runs the worldthe professions of psychology and the judiciary included.

Note: A unpalatable statement (along with Alf's boot camp verbal presentation) that is going to inevitably rub some up the wrong way in the top end of town. But, if we want to evolve further in evolution and grasp our true potential as human beings, it is time to place the fragile human ego into neutral and understand intelligence greater that our dissolvable human intelligence. Along with acquiring some humility & respect for Nature along the boot camp way. Because this civilizationand the top end of town in particular, has become lost in self-aggrandizement, self-gratification, self-interest, self-indulgence and self everything else to preen the human ego and fuel the all-consuming all-conquering material affairs of mankind. Having become lost in our dissolvable physical intelligence & material progress and lost from the spiritual plot of life and its progress as a delusional result.

Q: What is this childhood debris out of childhood?

A: It is our childhood acquired trauma trapped in the subliminal mind (sub-conscious) of the adult mind. Because no one is exempt from the trials & tribulations of childhood and all its retained & denied emotional debris; debris that becomes suppressed in the sub-conscious childhood mind to become lost from conscious view in the adult mind. Because the conscious mind (the thinking intellect), the subliminal mind (the sub-conscious), and the unconscious mind (the spirit) are not integrated at this point of our species on-going evolution.

Clarification: The regular practice of Transcendental Meditation speeds human spiritual evolution up, along with slowly dissolving the retained residual stress of unresolved suppressed conflict without re-living it. So that the individual is able to create an integrated mind in touch with its spirit without going round the proverbial bend and ending up at the funny farm' in the process. In the structure of ego consciousness, the subliminal inner child of the adult and its unresolved emotional debris, lie in the way of that spiritual accomplishment. It is accomplishment (expansion of the mind) that needs not of academic thought to achieve...needs not of the knowledge of psychology to achieve. Merely the regular twice daily application of a correct Mantra to achieve.

Note: Then silent Abstract Intelligence will attend to the expansion of the complex human mind without the involvement of endless thinking and talking. Because acquiring the silence of that transcendent Abstract Intelligence, is all that is required for those without severe emotional, personality & mental disorders. For those with chronic mental, emotional & personality disorders from childhood, then additional help will be required from the qualified professions that specialise in these human created disorders. Along with the simple tool of transcendental meditation, that will accelerate the process of rehabilitation for a childhood damaged heart & mind and silently help restore order where there was chaos in the adult.

Explanation: The transcendent field of Creation is the silent field of all possibilities for mankind, but only when developed in the primordial structured human physiology. Developing that silence & its potential in the human mind through an intoned mantra, is what transcendental meditation is all about. Therefore it has nothing to do with acquiring delusion out of worshiping human beings, conquering everything, winning at everything, acquiring fame, power, status, gongs, big bucks or any material accomplishment, purely spiritual accomplishment. That spiritual accomplishment is the whole purpose for being born as a human being, the divine purpose of evolution revealed in its unfolding process. Respect for Nature and acquiring dignity & humility makes this spiritual miracle possible...not acquiring power/status/wealth or immature adulation & worship from others. That does not mean those material accomplishments are worthless or to be despised, just do not become lost to them or in them. Otherwise expansion of the mind & spiritual accomplishment will never come to be.

To acquire spiritual consciousness, we have to dissolve all the retained flotsam & jetsam of childhood trapped in the subliminal mind of the adult as residual stress. Residual stress that is the unresolved leftovers of childhood repressed thought, desire, emotions, conflict & trauma and acts as a barrier to spiritual growth and acquiring an integrated mind. This is where the spiritual tool of transcendental meditation becomes the silent means to dissolve residual stress without us becoming consciously involved in the automatic process. Because capturing the conscious thought with a mantra, allows residual stress' to dissolve without habitual resistance from the subliminal (sub-conscious) thought activity of the mind. That entrapment of residual stress in childhood, comes through denial of emotions and denial of outside influences that shock, frighten, intimidate and damage the vulnerable fragile mind of childhood. Verbal violence along with brutality and bloodshed, is the most damaging to a child's delicate growing mind. Note all communication mediums and especially self-gratuitous entertainment mediums?

Explanation: Comprehend a young child has a very delicate, vulnerable, fragile developing I. That developing I or self, requires a happy home environment and much mature parental love, patience and constant reassurance throughout the trauma of childhood. Conveyed through gentle touch (many cuddles) along with kind but firm discipline when necessary. Expressed through words gently but firmly administered...particularly through the uncontrollable tantrum stage of that developing fragile I. Society needs to understand, that acted out mindless gratuitous violence & conflict and emotional & sexual histrionics from so-called adult viewing mediums, are very damaging to the innocence and development of a child's delicate undeveloped mind devoid of reasoning abilities. Its trauma when repressed, becomes residual stress locked up in the subliminal workings of the mind and the cause of much social immaturity, personality, psychological & physiological disorder in adulthood. When its destructive karmic influence becomes saturated in the child through communication mediums, it is the karmic cause of much internal conflict, unhappiness and immaturity in the desensitised adult later in life.

Clarification: Residual stress, is creative energy trapped in the physiology out of suppressed thought, emotions, shock & trauma. Its unresolved residue becomes trapped in the subliminal mind & nervous system out of denialespecially in childhood. Its residue also becomes karmic influence that debilitates the quality of our thoughts, desire and creativity in our adult years. This karmic influence when destructive, becomes the subliminal located driving force for habitually projecting & inflicting negative creativity out of destructive thoughts on others and ourselves. When this karmic debilitation goes out of control in a negative accentuated delinquent mind, we have dramatic, destructive and violent outcomes in Society.

Comprehend also, the individual I or self, is merely a created persona structured by thought & the protective subliminal ego to be able to interact with the outside world. It is not the spiritual Self of the human being. Finding that true Self, is what spiritual evolution is all about. For only then, are we free from the structure of primordial processed ego consciousness and the unproductive childhood content of the subliminal mind tied to it. Then true freedom of thought and adult maturity is realised, natural spiritual located happiness is realised...and for the dysfunctional sociopath alpha adult, the habitual need to subjugate, to dominate, to exploit, to bully, to manipulate and control others in Society, is dissolved in that spiritual expansion and integration of the subliminal & conscious mind.

Boot camp detention room definition of a sociopath.

A delinquent mind (negative psyche) with no sense of empathy or social responsibility, without any respect for others in what they say, in what they do, in what they write, in what they create and in how they act. Has no concern or thought for its destructive influence and negative effect on others, on society, on Nature and ultimately themselves. Because as we sow so do we reap' the created karmic influence out of our thoughts, deeds and actions, influence that is a creative by-product out of thought. Karmic influence that interacts with the spiritual archetypal intelligence that underwrites the physical biology of life and its evolution, cause & effect' influence that perpetuates in the archetypal intelligence of primordial Nature that orchestrates life and returns to its human source from a no-time spiritual continuum. Fact not fiction?

A report to boot camp detention room lecture for the growing sociopath element in society:

Residual stress & unproductive karma, is responsible for forming & habituating anti-social behaviour, poor quality relationships, poor quality communication, poor quality creativity, poor quality everything in Society. In a highly intelligent alpha dominant sociopath, this subliminal sourced psychological disorder is instrumental in fuelling delinquency, megalomania, narcissism, a lack of empathy, the denial of emotions and bullying. Negative accentuated minds that become emotionally debilitated to appreciate the spiritual component of life, to feel it, to sense it, to see it, to know it. Having become totally desensitised to the experience of spontaneous joy in life as a debilitating psychological result. Thus oblivious to the positive humour and natural joy of others...that brings a frown, not a smile to their domineering thoughts.

Note: Along with sarcastic derogatory comments, contempt and verbal derision for no reason; that is if they think they can get away with it on those they deem to be inferior in the adult playground. This sociopath bullying problem that plagues adult society, has its roots in a emotionally deprived early childhood, delinquent family environment, insecurity, destructive karma, residual stress & unresolved conflict & emotions trapped/frozen in the subliminal mind of an immature adult. Its power & self-esteem driven nemesis inflicted on others, is the unresolved projected leftovers of childhood tantrums, poor parenting, insatiable demands and the wanting of instant gratification by the demanding ego. The energy and frustration from which, has never been allowed to dissipate healthily within a parents mature love and firm discipline within that love.

Comprehend the helpless child, never learns maturity from the immature adult who quenches that uncontrollable tantrum with their own verbal or physical aggression or indifference. Whether it has come from out of the mother's exasperation or the father's own inadequacy of self-control in the emotional department, i.e. impatience and thoughtlessness when dealing with a child's growing pains and emotional instability. It is inherited copied habitual behaviour passed on from their own parents wrong handling of this psychological development of a young child's ego. A very vulnerable point of growth in a child's innocent mind. When not handled maturely by the parent, the volatile tantrum stage can emotionally and psychologically debilitate the personality of the adult for the rest of their life. It is not understood by Society as a whole, just how important it is for the child to be loved with great maturity and patience during this vulnerable explosive tantrum stage. Therefore not slapped and shaken, given into, or totally ignored during this delicate mental and emotional developmentand most importantly, for the tantrum not be left to run its course and its energy totally dissipated in the child's mind. Which is a very powerful mind, a very creative sensitive mind, a very vulnerable open uninhibited helpless delicate mind.

Clarification: Back in the early days of psychology, Sigmund Freud placed a lot of the adults dysfunctional neurotic/obsessive/irrational behavioural patterns (especially hysterical women), down to the unrequited sexual libido and its procreation drive and frustration...that is not true of course. The majority of adult immature irrational delinquent behaviour & creativity, comes through trapped emotional stress locked in the nervous system and subliminal mind out of unrequited desire. It is the unproductive psychological residue from the leftovers of a dysfunctional unhappy childhood and all its absorbed unresolved trauma. Much emotional conflict, unhappiness and immaturity later on in life from this trapped energy sourced to unresolved conflict locked within the workings of the subliminal mind of the adult out of habituated denial. Its trapped nemesis warps the true personality of the child as they pass into other stages of growing upespecially through hormonal & sexually charged puberty and adolescence. Along with learning how to give and take and interact maturely and positively with other children and adults when denied fulfilment of the attention seeking demands of the ego. Social & emotional immaturity and personality & psychological disorders are the end result.

In adulthood, the dominant alpha sociopath version, cannot express themselves without demanding, subjugating, exploiting, manipulating and dominating others. Simply because they were habitually allowed to go unchecked and have their own way excessively when growing up. Along with using the tantrum as a means to acquire power and instant gratification of their demands. Very immature and ineffectual parents are at the root of this habituated aggression, that can be domineering adults themselves or just blind to the child's helplessness when trapped in its uncontrollable raw emotions. Therefore the child is not shown mature love from the parent, not shown the firm but gentle discipline that should go with that parental love. Thus becomes a dysfunctional child when growing up, that inevitably translates into being a dysfunctional obnoxious motor mouth thoughtless adult. The end result of that immature parenting, has quenched the growth of emotional intelligence in the child and become an acquired out of control subliminally driven habit projected onto others. Therefore as the immature adult, are as helpless in controlling the instant demands of their bumptious ego...along with its voiced frustration when not placated, as they were in their unguided undisciplined childhood.

In milder gentle people, the residue of immature parenting often becomes totally repressed in the mindespecially in the non-aggressive empathic personality. Simply because a positive psyche cannot express it within themselves or project it onto others aggressively. For their innate mild sensitive nature, will not let them cause pain and suffering to others...either verbally or physically. Therefore the sensitive individual suffers, their relationships suffer, their body suffers with psycho somatic symptoms; often illness develops through its direct debilitating effect on the nervous system. A psychological/physiological and sometimes neurological debilitation, that is caused through subliminal suppression of conscious thought finding outlet through manifested disease in the body.

In conclusion: A child most definitely learns from the example of adults & communication mediums. It is the way the system of learning to integrate and survive takes place in a social speciesre-study our animal nature programs. Ingrained habits good and bad, are passed on from one generation to another, acquired unconsciously and subliminally perpetuated as habitual thought patterns of behaviour. Bullying, is one of the most damaging of all to human Society.

More about bullies found within all walks of lifeespecially where there is power?

Bullying, a dominant alpha trait that comes in many configurations and often camouflaged in highly intelligent successful people. Especially those embedded in the Media, that have mesmerised the mind and ear of the Public with their charismatic mind & golden vocal chords. Gift of the gab narcissistic smart mouthed people, that self-gratuitously manipulate Society with their acquired Media power. That zero in on political figures & others to denigrate and belittle in public to big note themselves and preen the immature attention seeking ego in the derogatory process. Ditto off the microphone/camera/stage when they do not get their own way in conversation with lesser mortals. This verbal bullying, comes from out of parents inadequate attention to teach manners and respect for others and give positive direction in childhood ...especially for a precocious undisciplined alpha dominant child. That when unchecked, graduates into a thoughtless narcissistic motor mouth bullying adult to acquire self-esteem & power in society. The cause is that simple, as is the remedyturn the pied piper Media switch off at its source. Comprehend we the public, give these immature shock jock prima-donnas power when we applaud and follow them for their unexpurgated motor mouth abilities.

Clarification: Neglect of parental responsibility to teach good manners, self-discipline and respect for others in their offspring, causes the precocious dominant alpha child to run amok and thoughtlessly trample on the values of others in society...and, it is being exacerbated through saturated rating driven shock jock commercial broadcasting mediums. Where in love with themselves shock jocks, sarcastically denigrate, belittle and ridicule those deemed fair game in society to big note themselves & capture the attention of the public. This now contagious got it wrong' say what you like freedom of expression edict, has come through the destruction of positive family values out of saturated irresponsible communication & entertainment mediums. Comprehend that we cannot say and do just what we like in society, if we want a harmonious coherent psychologically healthy Society. There has to be childhood learned behavioural rules of responsible conduct, dignity, self-discipline and thoughtfulness operating naturally and spontaneously through all social interaction...whether we like it or not. Otherwise society descends into the verbal gutter and its spiritual & social evolution stagnates in its chaos.

Those fuelling socially destructive media & entertainment garbage, need to understand the meaning of social responsibility and what goes around comes aroundespecially in the departure lounge. Along with those applauding them and bleating about censorship and restriction of freedom of expression in society, when responsible adults complain about its destructive self-gratuitous content saturating societyand especially the impressionable minds of children. If itwhatever, is not good for the well-being & development of our children, then itwhatever, is not good for the psychological well-being of Society. Children copy adults...especially those being media worshiped out of communication mediums, glossy magazines, movies & entertainmentthey hero worship & emulate their peers. It is how they learn to grow upor in this case grow down by copying them. Note the out of control Media as the socially irresponsible agent fuelling its saturation in society to create news & informationalong with a dysfunctional society?

What to do about obnoxious socially destructive attention seeking motor mouth bullying adults in saturated communication mediums?

Q: How do we discipline our children when they forget their manners repeatedly with other children that are invited into the home to play?

A: We dispatch them to the Sin Bin promptly...but not forgetting to love them silently, to reconsider their negative actions and cool off with no toys to play with. Eventually, after its repeated application for the same offence, they put two and two togetherand, they do indeed learn very quickly how to give and take when interacting with others. Therefore to act considerately towards others and not trample on them when they do not get their own way or they want attention. Simply by working it out' themselves, that as we sow so do we reap the influence and repercussion of our socially unproductive actionsnote the Media? Because freedom of expression' in society, comes with great responsibility not to abuse it in the primordial workings of Nature that orchestrate life.

Thus it is not very nice to have no one to play with to share with to have fun with to laugh with to join imaginations with. Because that is what friendship and positive social interaction is all about and what adult life should be all about tooand NOT the present immature Political & Media sourced constant adversarial bullying, destructive commenting & wooden spoon stirring to grab the publics attention. Its ego driven undignified bullying presentation does nothing to elevate the consciousness of a Nation's people. In fact its Media saturation, unknowingly fuels disharmony & ambivalence and corrupts the spiritual & social evolution of society. It becomes a destructive karmic influence that enters the national psyche through communication mediums to the spiritual detriment of everyone.

If we want a harmonious psychologically healthy society, then it is time to understand & decommission bullies of all types & persuasions embedded in positions of influence in society. Therefore zero tolerance for emotional, sexual, psychological, verbal and intellectual bullies found within all walks of lifeand especially in positions of power. If we learn to just walk away from these immature thoughtless individuals in Society, then they become isolated. Plus unacceptable in positions of power & influence and made socially redundant in a positive Society. Then the obnoxious undisciplined child in them, will soon wake up and learn the subtle meaning of respect is born of respect. Along with responsible dignified behaviour when interacting with others. So understand if you have not been the cause of unwarranted aggravation & confrontation, then the karmic law of cause & effect will take care of the retribution from behind the invisible scenes of lifewithout your involvement. For by walking away from its perpetrator without hands-on or vitriolic verbal retaliation, you will not have created an equal negative karmic influence to return to you as well as its instigator. Because all human created karmic influence out of our creativity returns to its human sourcethat is a Cosmic processed Law in Creation. A cause & effect' process linked to the creative by-product of human thought & desire (karma) interacting with the spiritual intelligence that processes life and its evolution.

If society follows the above boot camp advice, eventually the entrenched sociopath bully in its ranks will get the isolation message and learn to master their alpha power, their temper tantrums, their big mouths, their domination, their vindictive thought, their bullying sarcasm, their lack of concern, respect and thought for the dignity and well-being of others...and of course for themselves also. For what goes around most definitely comes around sooner or later in the karmic department. Understand that all retribution, is only a question of time and place in the scheme of evolution...and that, is the invisible province of primordial Nature's domain. We may not be around to see it, but it happens.

The uncomplicated path to acquire adult maturity, spirituality & a coherent society, is through harmony and dignity acquired out of Correct Meditation and its regular twice daily short practice. If we have a habitual uncontrollable problem of this sociopath nature, then we must consciously recognize it & not deny it and learn to master it, to dissolve it and its unproductive karma. So that we are able to evolve out of the impersonal domain of primordial Nature and into a further structure of consciousness and freedom from destructive habitual thought patterns of behaviour.

Why should we follow this spiritual path?

Because it is the 21st century and if we do not master our uncontrollable subliminal driven emotions and negative thought patterns inflicted on others...which does not mean suppress them, then we will be left far behind in the scheme of spiritual evolution and bequeathed much unhappiness & misery because of itespecially in the karmic accounting section of the departure lounge. So the positive advice for those suffering with the above mentioned bad habits and personality disorders from social immaturity, is to understand that those subliminal instigated bad habits and thought patterns are dissolvable. They will quickly dissolve through the consistent practice of transcendental meditation. Especially if we are firm in our resolve to rise above themand above all, not keep unconsciously and habitually projecting & inflicting them on others to acquire self-esteem & power.

About the unknown spiritual facts of life.

If we learn to meditate correctly and consistently, the conscious mind will expand & acquire the spiritual ability to not become a mindless slave to the opposing negative & positive archetypal intelligence of primordial nature structuring our emotions, structuring our thoughts, structuring life. Primordial energies that are governed by the Laws of Nature creating order out of chaos' in their opposing interaction. Archetypal spiritual energies that orchestrate & propel life, that underwrite our biology, our chemistry, our emotions, our personality, our creativity, our expression. So by acquiring/culturing abstract intelligence into our human physiology out of transcendental meditation, its silent product enlivens the self-referral Laws of Nature responsible for coherence in life. Laws that will then automatically restore order where there is chaos in our human physiology & thought process. Then we will have acquired the spiritual means to not be a slave to our thoughts and uncontrollable emotions and desires. For emotions and desires are a very natural interactive part of Nature's functioning in the human being. We would not be a feeling empathic positive human being without them, more like a dispassionate un-feeling excuse for a human being devoid of empathy and the joy of life.

Clarification: When the negative and positive archetypal intelligence of primordial nature are kept in balance in our physiology, then we intuitively create order out of chaos with our thoughts, creativity, emotions & expression. When those opposing archetypal energies go out of sync in the human being, then the exact opposite is true. We become dysfunctional, irrational, delusional, chaotic and negative with our logic, creativity and emotions without realising it. What is worse, the karmic influence out of that destructive expression, enters the interactive workings of primordial Nature to return to our physiology & surroundings as a cause & effect' destructive perpetuating result. The spiritual practice of transcendental mediation, dissolves that invisible problem by restoring the coherent value of the Laws of Nature to our thoughts. So that we automatically and intuitively function out of the positive archetypal intelligence of Nature with our thoughts, desires, deeds, creativity, conscience, emotions and expression.

Note: Then our human physiology & thought process stays in harmony with the negative & positive archetypal intelligence of impersonal primordial Nature, opposing spiritual energies that interact to structure life and its evolution. Comprehend the negative & positive archetypal intelligence of primordial Nature, are of equal importance for life to evolve. Thus this opposing light & shade of Creation and its interaction in our physiology, is a integral part of the Divinely ordained function of evolution. One is not subordinate to the other. Both have their purpose to structure, dissolve, propel and evolve life. But, it is always wise (and normal) for thought to naturally be constructed from out of the positive archetypal primordial intelligence of Nature. Simply because positive thoughts & creativity, evolve the human being further up the ladder of consciousness in the scheme of spiritual evolution. Whereas predominant negative thoughts & creativity, devolves human consciousness on the ladder of spiritual evolution, to ultimately dissolve the spiritual evolution of a negative accentuated human being.

What mankind and especially incomplete Science does not understand.

Naturealmighty Nature, is a interactive self-referral computer that contains life in its perfect spiritual & physical organization & laws. A universal spiritual intelligence that underwrites life, interacts with life, responds to life & processes the unstoppable evolution of life in its primordial workings. It can also be called the composite intelligence of the spiritual Cosmic Mind structuring the divine plan of evolution and its purpose. A divine purpose (evolution) that life must stay in sync with, or ultimately become a dead twig on the branches of the tree of life. Comprehend when life goes out of sync with the Laws of Naturethe government of almighty Nature, then its evolution begins to decay, it begins a devolution spiral into unnatural entropy and ultimate dissolution. Disease & chaos in life become a symptom (expression) of that unnatural entropy.

Clarification: The primary purpose of the negative archetypal intelligence of primordial Nature, is to dissolve a created physical state so that a new physical state comes into being; i.e. the evolutionary function of natural entropy' that rejuvenates life. Example: old cells constantly being dissolved & instantly replaced by new cells in our biology. However, when the thought process becomes permanently trapped in the negative archetypal intelligence of Nature, then chaos, disorder & conflict comes to the individual & society called unnatural entropy.

Examples: growing sociopath activity, social disorder, depression, vindictive aggression, spitefulness, malice, jealousy, pettiness, domination, destructive thinking, malicious intent, manipulation, exploitation, corruption of ethics, morals and integrity & degradation of sexuality. On and on goes this growing list of negative anti-social behavioural patterns of destructive behaviour & creativity appearing in societyand especially in entertainment mediums. Abnormal patterns of thought & behaviour that are becoming dominant in our decaying civilisation without realising it. They are becoming dominant, because the negative archetypal intelligence of Primordial Nature has become dominant in the collective conscious of this civilization and its creativity.

Note: A chaos & unnatural entropy that has come into our civilization through the accumulative got it wrong' affairs of mankind. Because whether we wish to accept it or not, our global civilization is unknowingly polluting Nature with its toxic progress & negative creativity to high heaven. As a computer analogy, we are unknowingly stuffing-up the interactive computer of almighty Nature with the toxic cause & effect' karmic influence out of our human creativity & progress. As an accumulating result, a garbage in equals garbage out equation arises in the primordial workings of that Cosmic computer that underwrites life. When it crashes, good night Mr Chips for the species responsible comes up on the screen of life - got it?

Time out of the detention room for a spiritual analogy. A positive change of boot camp rhetoric for the misfits in society the nice ones that is. Not the orrible nasty ones, not yet. They have to report to the boot camp detention room for behavioural rehab first.

There once was a ugly duckling?

To those who never seem to fit into the top end of town created & organised adult playground. Perhaps just plain lookingperhaps just plain ordinaryperhaps very thin lookingperhaps very plump lookingperhaps those good to have a laugh over, at their expense of course. Thus all in all, the odd ones out in everything in society.

Q: What to do about this painful bullying in the social playground that adult's never seem to nip in the bud. All those in charge and responsible for teaching children that isespecially parents. A nasty bullying problem that seems to follow one generation after another into the school playground. To then become much more sophisticated, warped and devious in its habitual expression in the adult playground. Maybe there is something radically wrong somewhere in society causing this perpetuated anti-social behaviourI wonder with whom, children or adults?

A: A tough call but solvable...for the nice misfits that is.

Firstly, go and find the nearest transcendental meditation teaching facility near you (very nice people by the way). They will not mind if you are a bit odd, as long as you have good manners and are not rude and obnoxious and, there are quite a lot of these teaching centres in western Nations that have been around for 40 years or more. So you might say they are experts in the field of teaching correct meditation...and a lot more besides. But, they don't have lots of status self-esteem hieroglyphics...you know, important mumbo jumbo after their initials. They do not have to you see, because they are free...in what is known as a spiritual connected WE. Thus none of that past the use by date ego created social status nonsense found here. Because in Nature's Laws, respect is born of respect and not out of acquired status and delusions of superiority and conceited self-importance. A delusion that has nothing to do with the spirit, but the creative human mind on the power & ego blink to fuel self-esteem. Anyway, the proof of spirituality is in the eatingso to speak So go and put your name down politely and wait for your turn at the round table. Because there might be rush on soonmaybe.

In the meantime, understand the following spiritual information in respect to you feeling lost in our big business, commercial product cloned, winning, greed & material consumed human worshiping civilization. Because I believe your unhappiness stems from being in mid-stream with regard to your spiritual evolution, that has stagnated and come to a grinding halt in that spiritually unproductive all-consuming material progress. Because when a civilization falls of the rails of spiritual evolution, then big devolution trouble comes to town and everyone in it and especially you as a sensitive human being. So in fact it is not you that is odd, but the sociopath opposition that has gained ascendancy in town and making you feel odd out of their contagious created reality. The growing negative karmic influence of which, has gained dominance in the collective consciousness of town and causing unhappiness in those that do not subscribe to its devolution reality & way of life. At least that is how it appears to Alf from puzzling over this growing sociopath problem for many years. For as a family man and an active member of society, he does not like it one little bit in the playground. For he believes those creating this misery & unhappiness for others in society out of negative minds & subsequent negative creativity, have big immature problems of their own to sort our in the boot camp detention room for got it wrong human beings. Anyway, we are all entitled to our soap box now and then to contribute our views on society and that is Alf's for what it is worth.

Explanation: You are neither this nor that in society and, you need a little bit of a spiritual push to get you over the winning line to collect your harp, it is that simple. So your first task, is to forget about trying to emulate the so-called successful people worshiped by the Media and find yourself instead. It is a long journey to dissolve all that you are not and find that spiritual Self and all that you are. But, the more people that practice the technique of transcendental meditation in society, then the easier will it become for you to find that spiritual Self and a lasting self-esteem & happiness that requires not of material values, acquired status or the Media. To then be able to share your life with others positively & productively without delusion and being lost in society.

Note: Therefore lost in life and lost to the spontaneous joy to be found in life. Because that spiritual located lasting joy is invisibly all around you and in everything but, its abstract source has to materialize from within you first. So we have to find & develop that silent source of life through the regular twice daily practice of transcendental meditation and find that lasting joy & self-esteem in the process. That missing spiritual ingredient in your life, is what you are not able to find at this point in your evolution and it is making you miserable and unhappy because of it. So comprehend the karmic influence from many people practising the technique of transcendental meditation around you, will speed up your transition into spiritual consciousness. So hang in there...good times are on the way .Trust these words, direction & information not out of the Media and it will be so.

Clarification: You have become lost in-between two states of consciousness on the path of evolution. It is the cause of you not seeming to fit in anywhere and when you do not fit into life & society, you become very miserable & unhappy indeed and happiness, is everything in life. It allows you to evolve into your spiritual Self and not a manufactured self forever pursing material accomplishment & status to be happy in life. For while material accomplishment & acquired status & adulation from others seem to create happiness, it is a happiness & euphoria that does not last. Because nothing in the physical material world lasts, it is all dissolvable in the ever-changing scheme of evolution. Therefore the happiness derived from material accomplishment & acquired status has no lasting value either. Whereas, the happiness derived from spiritual accomplishment is forever, because spiritual values are not dissolvable, they are eternal and never-changing. So you have to find & develop that spiritual Self to create an integrated mind & personality and find that lasting spiritual located happiness along the way - got it?

What is meant by a integrated mind & personality?

It is and means, that the created I and ego of the adult have been freed from the childhood indoctrinated content of the subliminal mind. Because in the structure of ego consciousness, it is the childhood acquired content of the sub-conscious subliminal mind and its unrequited desires, that unknowingly drives the creativity & activity of the conscious mind of the adult to fulfil them. Therefore anything out of childhood that we have identified our created self with, e.g. the human created ideology (reality) that we live our adult life out in...and with respect to social status & material accomplishment that human society worships & becomes lost in, I believe its delusion stems out of early childhood learning and the protective ego for acquiring self-importance and power to fuel self-esteem and reinforce our identity (self) out of material values. But whatever the childhood located cause, it certainly has nothing to do with the spiritual Self, only our dissolvable created self that we identify with and call the I.

Note: Yes, it is necessary to have a recognised hierarchical status structure operating in a society, so that society is able to function responsibly and coherently from those that govern, administrate and create its laws. Because the spiritual system that underwrites life operates that way too, i.e. there is a primordial lower house of Nature and a divine upper house of Nature in its hierarchical spiritual workings governed by the Laws of Nature. There is also correct protocol & procedure and rules of decorum, propriety and dignity to observe to access that higher power in Nature. The simple twice daily practice of transcendental meditation, silently develops those spiritual qualities and a lot more.

About human society and its workings.

However, unlike the hierarchical workings of divine intelligence, human beings tend to become lost in their own created hierarchical structures and its acquired and worshiped status and power. Social power & influence that comes naturally to those born with gifted intelligence and a alpha dominant mindthose that lead in society? Where the human created hierarchical system goes wrong in the interactive workings of primordial Nature & society, is that those born with gifted intelligence should always help others less fortunate in society...never exploit them for greed and personal gain. Not run roughshod, subjugate or corrupt them and themselves with their acquired power & influence in society. Unfortunately, throughout the history of mankind, it is abuse of acquired power that has perpetually corrupted the workings of human society. The eventual karmic malfunction that it causes in Nature's primordial workings that process life, has been the main contributor to the decay and collapse of all past civilisationsjust like this present one in fact. But some will disagree with that spiritual observation no doubtbut not Upstairs.

Attaching derogatory labels to human beings by other human beings, is also another bullying problem that originates from the insecure subliminal child within the immature adult. A status labelling that creates and causes ambivalence and disharmony in society. Labels that foster and reinforce a delusional negative them and us syndrome in society. Society that should function out of the Laws of Nature as a harmonious integrated whole from the I.Q. diversity of its many different partsand not a them and us; that expresses itself via elitist instigated divisions of education, e.g. public school v private school, racial captions like nigger and white pig, divisions of ideology e.g. right wing v left wing, divisions of society e.g. working class v white collar class, divisions of politics e.g. labour v liberal, divisions of religion e.g. Catholics v Protestants, divisions of social class e.g. the Royal and the not so Royalthe Monarchists and the Republicansthe rich and the poor...the good and the bad and you guessed it, the ugly.

So you see as a social misfit, you are stuck in-between all this ego sourced status labelling wondering who you are in society...which is a human being of course, nothing more nothing less. Plus, if you are not for something, then you must be against it and that is very dangerous ground indeed in the playground of human labelling. Because that strange human logic is also a part of that immature deluded system of status labelling.

Q: Who created this system of inequality in the first place?

A: Alf is undecided, but suspects the top end of townas usual. Anyway he does know it has nothing to do with the spiritual system that underwrites life and its evolution. So it must be something to do with those them and us primordial human beings again in their created systems and lived ideologies. For it is all irrational, illogical, delusional and gone past the use by date in society. To make matters worse, we then start worshiping extra labels front and back to our initials...and that is called status brownie points...and, you must have a lot of those if you wish to succeed in our human worshiping world of created social inequality for acquiring self-esteem. Yet it has nothing to do with creating real social progress and acquiring a further platform of spiritual consciousness to function through to acquire a lasting self-esteem.

More boot camp rhetoric:

All in all, Alf has it on firm understanding from Upstairs, that we are all going to grow up soon...so that everyone shares the swings and roundabouts in the adult playground. So if you start early on your spiritual journey, you will arrive first in time for morning tea; because I suspect a lot of others will miss out on itand the chocolate biscuits. In the meantime, understand that spiritual acquired happiness is everything in life and it has nothing whatsoever to do with worshiping human beings and material accomplishment, acquiring gold medals, big bucks, share portfolio's, you beaut suites, silk shirts, fancy ties, fancy labels, synthetic perfumes, nicky boots & techno swimsuits, big houses, the big A or the big E, religious pomp, divisions of politics, gizmo cluttered cars, fashion clones, product clones, status symbols, big greedy Business, multi-transnationals, the commercial media circus, how much money you have in the piggy banks, the bright neon lights of Broadway, Oscar's place, Hollywood boulevard or gambling casino's and extra curricular activity on the house.

Not forgetting to include media saturated human idol worship, celebrity neurosis, soccer, the Olympics, cricket, golf balls, racing cars, winning, conquering and owning everything on the planet in that list of material and social status accomplishment called success. Eventually becoming lost in its mega bucks, entrepreneurial euphoria, created delusion, ego-preening and all the other Media saturated self-importance narcissistic hype for acquiring adulation & self-esteem. For surely, that is its current spiritually unproductive status in the got it wrong ego driven affairs of mankind. Compliments of the pea-brain marketing brigades, the commercial media circus and big greedy sociopath business directing it all from the plotting & scheming entrepreneurial overpaid boardroombut, to no-where land in the departure lounge according to finger pointing St Peter with the keys.

Note: A no-where land material achievement accomplished through saturated advertising and product brainwashing that manipulates and exploits the vulnerable in societyand especially the minds of children. With its constant commercial message of buy buy buy driving insatiable wanting and instant gratification in this greed, entertainment & product addicted civilization. A wanting & gratification that is not a sin in a childjust part and parcel of growing up. But, it is a big sin for the thoughtless entrepreneurial sociopath adult to exploit the vulnerability of young minds and send them in the wrong direction in life.

To sum up for those that do not fit into this horrible mess called progress.

It is all a question of understanding not what you are, for we know this already...a human being, but who you are in the spiritual scheme of things within the real you. That should be a happy you, the laughing you, occasionally the mischievous you, but only positive mischief. Because we know what happens when that gets out of hand, i.e. down the goodnight Mr Chips tubes sooner or later with our spiritual evolution. Anyway, find the real you, a very nice person I expect. Then you will not be unhappy and lost in material spiritless space anymore - guaranteed. So do not blame any one person or situation or yourself for this problem of feeling lost in a society. Society that has itself become lost in its identification with material values, lost in identifying with material wealth, created status and the got it wrong' top end of society leading the charge.

Clarification: This human created delusion has been around a long time, so it will take time to dissipate from the primordial workings of Nature where its entity has become entrenched. A karmic influence that retards the spiritual & social evolution of mankind in its lived ideology. Along with the also past the use by date ideology of progress structured out of acquiring big bucks, worshiping greed, status and winning at everything to acquire self-esteem ugh! This big business sociopath fuelled greed, acquisition, winning and narcissism is getting worse by the minute and a very negative euphoric karmic influence that we all absorb. For surely we do so from the created cause & effect' karmic influence out of its lived & worshiped ideology saturating this civilization. Because everything is reciprocal in Nature's primordial intelligence, what influence we create in its interactive workings affects everyoneall of life. This is the unknown power of the human being's creativity on this shared planet as co-creator in Creation.

Therefore we must let divine Nature & its laws sort this unhappiness problem out for you in due course of time. If you follow Alf's boot camp advice about learning correct meditation, then the intelligence of Nature will invisibly sort this unhappiness problem out through its regular twice daily practice. As its eternal status-quo spiritual intelligence does with all problems, once we learn to accept and respect its divine intelligence underwriting our dissolvable human intelligence. That dignity and respect is called humility and without it, that spiritual door will remain firmly closed to acquiring our spiritual Self.

Now get on to your local legend-in-their head radio disc jockey supremo and, ask him politely to dig up out of the record archives Danny Kaye's song about the ugly duckling from Hans Christian Anderson's fairy story...that no one seems to understand? Then when he/she plays it, tape itbut don't tell anyone. Because you know what those clever lawyer's working late night's for the big end of corporate owned product town are like for litigation, copyright and big bucks? Anyway, when you get down in the dumps in the adult playground again, then play it to yourself okay? Because the beginning of the record is what you are now and the end of the record is what you will become later. So you see the last in the downstairs playground can indeed come in first in the Upstairs playground, just like that other fairy story in the bible.
