During the second day, you will take part in the yachting excursion at the Sea of Cortez, after which you will indulge in a little shopping and lunch at the hotel. After lunch, you embark on a three-hour drive to Alamos, a trip that takes you through beautiful country sides and the agricultural heartland of Sonora. This can be a great romantic setting for both yourself and that potential partner you might have met on the tour. It also gives the two of you time to continue building that relationship as you admire the beautiful countryside.
Over the next few days of your singles adventure, you will experience the best that Mexico has to offer. A highlight of this tour is a visit to the city of Alamos, which has been declared a National historic Landmark. Here you will visit the historical sites and you will attend a presentation of Mayo Indian culture. Another highlight of this tour is a visit to the copper canyons by train. Please note that this is probably the most spectacular train ride you will ever experience. Once you arrive at the Copper Canyons, you will visit the rim and will have the opportunity to interpret Indian arts and crafts. You also have the opportunity to take part in other activities such as hiking and horseback riding. All of these types of activities are great ways to interact with other singles and hopefully build a romantic bond with someone that you feel could be special to you.
If you choose, you can also view the canyons from above in a helicopter. What could be more spectacular than that, especially in the company of someone special that you have just met? Before leaving the copper canyons, you will also visit archaeological sites at Paquime were you will be able to view the truncated pyramids.
