When considering the many cultural perks, it is nearly impossible to pass up the famous Sundance Film Festival, which takes place in January of every year.

Park City plays host to many of the festival's films each year. Each year the festival hosts hundreds of hopeful producers and their films and a large percentage of their films are available for viewing in Park City.

The Park City Interfaith Council is also an integral part to life in Park City. The Interfaith Council is all about learning to work and show compassion to those of other faiths and beliefs.

There are about a dozen representatives from various religions and spiritual groups who gather together to openly discuss issues and perspectives. It is meant to be a very open discussion between the different faiths and spiritual leaders to promote understanding.

One last cultural perk available to residents of Park City is the central location. Salt Lake City is a mere 32 minutes away, and the Sundance Ski Resort is also located within an hour's drive.

Salt Lake City, as well as Sundance, caters to a wide range of cultural activities, events and locations. Museums, malls, neighborhoods and parks help provide a great cultural experience to those either visiting these areas or putting down roots in them.
