Some important places en-route Pondicherry to Bangalore is Gingee and Tindivanam, Tiruvannamalai, Chengam and Uthangarai.
One can travel to Bangalore from Pondicherry either through Tindivanam (via Gingee) or Villupuram (via Thirukovilur).
