If this is not the case, then you will make minimal gains within your diet and the time will have been in vain. This is especially true when coming off an extended lapse in constant physical activity, coupled with proper nutrition. You must begin to teach your mind and body new habits that you will be adhering to if you are truely interested in the fastest way to lose weight. The first month will be hard and it is not a coincidence that this is the time when most people quit their diets.
However, once this month has been followed, the second month, although harder in its rules and expectations, might possibly be easier than the previous month because your body is getting used to the physical exertion and if this becomes a habit, then the exercise program will actually become fun for you; a necessity within your daily schedule. This is when you will see great results within your diet and as you begin to see the progress, your excitement will rise at an exponential level as well.
It may seem ironic that I am talking about losing weight "fast" but yet I am setting forth a diet plan to last up to six months. This is not to say that it will take you six months until you begin to see any weight loss. You can begin to see weight loss within the first day or two. However, most dieters will lose weight at the beginning of their diet because it will mostly consist of water weight. The weight loss that comes after that is usually very more stubborn and as a result, discouragement usually follows the dieter until he or she quits.
Having a specific plan and not quitting while at the same time, recording the progress that you have made, is so very, very important to being able to lose weight quickly.
