In the Baby Bjorn website states that materials "closer" to our children are Oeko-Tex. One would think that would mean the mattress, but must be specific. " Therefore, we ask for a new mattress ... maybe somehow we ended up with a bad mattress. We sent a new foam mattress was identical but faded at the edges. The new label says it is polyester foam, but it is so identical to the first that I have no faith in it. It is wonderful that people dream big Moonlight helped us with a custom line of natural mattress natural (such as bassinet / crib mattress) for the travel cot. For travel, we are keeping the Baby Bjorn pad foam mattress comes with, but we have a coat Babesafe mattress (made with food grade polyethylene non-toxic) to care for the evaporation of gases, and a custom size Naturepedic Waterproof pad pond .
