In todays fashionable era everyone wants to be slim and sexy be it teenagers

, youth or even people in their forties. Everyone wants to flaunt a fit and toned body. Reasons for losing weight differ from person to person. Some lose weight because they really wish so, others lose to avoid social stigma, while others do to gain more self confidence. Somehow a wrong notion has been spread that weight loss is very expensive. Here I present you 10 simple weight loss tips that would not cost you a fortune nor would you have to hit 6 hours a day in the Gym.

1.First and Foremost. Be sincere and follow a strict timetable for everything from your breakfast time to sleep time. Having food and sleep at regular times would rejuvenate you.

2.Do not blindly copy others rather do it for yourself after thinking about various factors like your height, your weight, your targeted weight after weight loss program and more.

3.Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet because they are full source of vitamins, iron, protein etc.

4.Avoid fast food rather only have homemade foods during your weight loss program. Make sure to regularly eat boiled vegetables, spinach, soya beans, eggs etc. I again repeat take breakfast, lunch and dinner on time, do not skip it even once.

5.In the morning make it a habit to drink warm water with 1tbs honey. During breakfast have orange juice instead of tea or coffee.
