Problems With Van Insurance
Can vehicle insurance be purchased by someone who is homeless? When vehicle insurance is required in order to operate a vehicle, how does a homeless person provide a legally valid address? Does this mean homeless persons will be discriminated from operating a vehicle legally, thereby rendering them "carless" as well?
I have never seen one that would not accept the local homeless shelter as the address. Before he could OWN a car he'd need a legally valid address. The law does not require a home addres, although many insurance companies will have such a requirement. As somebody who works in an urban hospital and deals with the homeless on a regular basis, I can tell you that virtually all of them have some sort of legal address. Sometimes it's the address of their mother, sometimes it's the address of their dealer or the place where they usually crash, sometimes it's the address of the social service agency they're affiliated with.
I've been looking for a secondary but most of them are only for people 65 and older. What is the best secondary insurance for me? I just received medicare insurance. I am 35 yrs old and disabled due to motor vehicle accident.
I heard it's good insurance. Said the duck in the commercial. You can get Medicaid thru your state. Also, check into compassionate payers. Depending on your situation, they will have you apply for a grant. You could be approved for X amout of dollars to cover meds, whatever. Just google search "compassionate payers" good luck!
Vehicle insurance question. If you can help PLZ read? Heres the story: I woke up to go to work one morning and my car wasnt there. I made sure nobody was screwing with me first then I called 911 to report my car was stolen.
The chances of someone finding a random set of keys and then randomly finding the car it goes to, is like WINNING THE LOTTERY.The chances of that happening are too remote to even consider. Someone was messing with you.And it was most likely one of your friends or someone very, very close to you. My only advice is get a good lawyer.
Jasper Carrott-esqe Humorous Actual Insurance Claims (just for fun) (part 2)? 12- I was on my way to the doctors with rear end trouble when my universal joint gave way causing me to have an accident 13- To avoid hitting the bumper of the car in front I struck a pedestrian 14- My car was legally parked as it backed into the other vehicle 15- An invisible car came out of nowhere, struck my car & vanished 16- I told the police I was not injured, but on removing my hat found that I had a fractured skull 17- I was sure the old fellow would never make it to the other side of the road when I struck him 18- The pedestrian had no idea which direction to run, so I ran over him 19- I saw a slow moving, sad faced old gentleman as he bounced off the roof of my car 20- The indirect cause of the accident was a little guy in a small car with a big mouth 21- I was thrown from my car as it left the road.

Insured driver drives uninsured vehicle and crashes into my car. Is her insurance responsible? Basically a woman who has her own insurance drove her friends uninsured vehicle and crashed into two parked cars including mine. Will the drivers insurance par for the damages or will they get out of paying? I have my own insurance, but I don't want my rates to go up because of this moron which is why I would rather have the drivers insurance pay for it.
Almost are insurance policies are for the vehicle. If there is no insurance on the vehicle. Then you need to sue. You have a few options. A) don't put in an insurance claim and wait until the lawsuit is finished, b) put in an insurance claim and sue for the deductible and the amount your insurance rates increased, or c) contact your insurance company.
