Amy Jones Anichini, the firm's CEO and Founder, learned how to bake without eggs so her daughter could have delicious treats to enjoy at friends' birthday parties. The owners of Egg-Free Epicurean, Tom Anichini and his wife, Amy Jones Anichini, collectively have decades of experience in various financial services roles, including pension actuary, bond underwriter, and equity portfolio manager. Neither one of them could recall a time when people actually thanked them for being in business.
