Most people would like to remain physically fit and may silently admire a physically well endowed person. However, a physical trainers life has to be much disciplined too and may require several sacrifices including that of ones freedom at times when you have to meet your clients schedule at odd hours. Personal trainer training depends on the courses that you wish to take.
