Youth Discipline: Is The Problem You, Your Children, Or Your Youth Discipline Techniques?

Youth Discipline: Is The Problem You, Your Children, Or Your Youth Discipline Techniques?

Are you having youth discipline issues? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired of the same scenario replaying itelf over and over

? You tell your kids to do something, they don't listen, you argue with them, everyone gets mad, and they either don't do what you ask, or they do, but then soon go back to doing things their own way! If this is anything like what is going on in your family, there definitely needs to be some changes made!

As the title suggests, the bulk of the problem either needs to be with you, your children or the youth discipline techniques that you use. So we will take a look at each to see if we can discover the problem. (To get a more in depth look at this, with pictures included, go to youth discipline!)

Let's start with your children. They, especially when they are young, are basically mirrors. They don't have the capacity to reason very much. They can only repeat, or mirror what they see. Sure they don't always listen, but they are not toys. They are live, human beings who are just trying to learn their way around this world.

Here's two things that you should think about:Youth Discipline: Is The Problem You, Your Children, Or Your Youth Discipline Techniques?

Number 1 When your children are really young, they may not understand a lot of things. While you are with them, you may end up saying and doing some very grown up things. They will remember most of what they see, and repeat it back whenever the spirit moves them.

Number 2 When you yell at your children, either because they did something wrong, or you want to teach them a lesson, they will not be able to hear anything you say. They will shut down because of fear. The only thing they will learn is to yell and scream at someone when they do something they don't like! Talk about repeating behavior!

Are you the problem when it comes to the youth discipline techniques that you use for your children? The answer is Yes and No! Let me explain. As just talked about, your children, in most cases, are not the problem. So that leaves you and your techniques. Let's first address You! You are definitely part of the problem, but as you keep reading, you are not actually responsible.

Obviously, you, or anyone else for that matter, are not perfect. You have made mistakes. You could have done better. However, we now must do two important things with this obvious information.

Firstly. you must not discount how much all of this has probably been weighing on you. All your responsibilities, and now children that don't behave. It's a lot to take. Life is not easy, especially now! You must let go of any guilt and remorse so you can move onward and upward.

Secondly. And this will help you with letting all of the bad go, the mistakes you've made are the same that almost every other parent has made. Ultimately, you are not to blame because you've been given misinformation about how to be an effective parent. Check out this site so you can learn the entire story about the roots of bad behavior, and why every parent is making the same mistakes as you!

That leads us to the youth discipline techniques that you use. To get the entire story, check out my blog at positive parenting tips! In a nutshell, most, if not all of the parenting techniques that most parents use are harsh in nature. This causes fear and stress in our children. This then causes extra cortisol to go to the brain, they become disoriented, and they are forced to act out in all the ways you've seen through the years.

If this weren't bad enough, there are long term effects of repeated exposure to excess cortisol. Simply put, it causes teenage delinquency and sociopathic behaviors. So it is no longer the time to put off learning some new youth discipline strategies.

What you will get is information that will help you focus on the roots of bad behavior in order to make a deep and lasting change, as well as dozens of parenting tips that will replace the old with the new!

Like I just said, the time for action is now, so whether you go to my sites, or somewhere else, please keep moving in a positive direction until you've found what works for you! Your children are counting on you, and there is a lot of peace and harmony waiting for you on the other side. Good luck, and God Bless!
