Why You Should Not Look For A Job

Why You Should Not Look For A Job

If you were to lose your job today, what would you do

? Would you polish up your resume and distribute copies in hopes of finding a new job? Or would you go back to school for a further education to help you advance in your career? Or even better, would you look for a way to establish your own business whether that be online or offline?

I don't want to give you the wrong advice, and be held responsible for your actions, but if you can do without a paycheck for a few months, then you should hold off looking for a new job, as this is the best time for you to start your online business.

The time that you spend polishing off your resume and distributing it, can be spent learning the ropes of online marketing. If you look for a job, then there are all the interviews that you will be required to go to, and this time also, can be spent working online. Thus by the time that you land a job, you could be on your way to making residual money online. Here are some reasons why you should not look for a job:

Trading Time for MoneyWhy You Should Not Look For A Job

Do you really want to trade your valuable time for a set hourly wage? Or would you rather start your own business and get paid according to your work. Once you have established your own business you can make money even if you don't go to work, as you can hire others to do the work for you, and still get paid.

Setting Your Own Hours

When you go and look for a job, you will have to agree to working a set amount of hours each week. But when things get busy in the work place, your employer by law has the right to force you to work on the weekend on short notice. This means that even if you have plans to spend your Saturday with your family, those plans could be destroyed when your boss says you have to work. But when you establish your own business, you decide when you want to work, and how many hours you want to work.

Residual Income

The internet allows you to set up multiple streams of income that will continue to keep paying you for life. This is called residual income where you do the work once, and get paid for it over and over again. This is by far the best income, as it continues to pay you even after you retire.

However, working online is a lot of work, and it can take several months if not years to learn everything before you begin to see some serious money. This is something to take into consideration when you are unemployed, as you may have to go back to the work force temporarily in order to make ends meet for a while.
