If there is one thing that I have become consistently concerned with as a young parent
, it is which toys to purchase for my children! My neighbors recommending that I buy airsoft guns, but my major concern obviously lands within the safety department. I mean, the last thing that I want to live with is the knowledge that my child was permanently injured as a result of something I purchased! I know, I know - I seem a little over protective. I won't even let my wife purchase a gaming system so that I will not be able to point to their lack of interest in reading / learning as my fault! Their entire future depends on how their nurturing process was delivered, so I have become extra cautious. However, after looking into my neighbor's suggestion, that is, to buy airsoft guns instead of other similar toys, I started to see their reasoning.One of the best parts about purchasing these toys is that they really are safe and easy to use, not damaging anything that they are shot out, and, more importantly, have been designed for young kids to use during their "adventurous stage of development." So, after my wife and I decided to buy airsoft guns for our children, we went to the department store and started to realize just how expensive these little toys are. Long story short... we had to abandon our attempt to buy airsoft guns until we found something a little cheaper.
We went to the cheaper department stores and found them to be just as pricey as the major department stores. We even went to the buck and dime type stores and found their products a little cheaper, but much more risky, as the majority of the safety parts have been excluded from these cheaper models. So, with much frustration on behalf of our children, my wife did the thing she does best: market research.
My wife was a business analyst before we had Susan and Elijah. Now she works from home for my small company helping with demographical research. So, my wife decided to take her skills and use them to help us buy airsoft guns for our ever adventurous kids! What she found nearly blew me away!

Also, I would highly recommend skipping the department store all together and buy airsoft guns online! You will be doing your budget a favor!
