It is also recommended that you stay away from foods and drinks durning this period can can cause a build of stains like curry, tomato pastas sauces and red wine. Basically anything that could stain a white teeth shirt should be avoided durning this period of time as it will slow down the whitening process.
You may want to consider doing both methods if you are a smoker or coffee drinker as the stains may creep back on quicker in this case. It would be recommend that you have a one hour laser treatment then follow up with the use of the trays once or twice a week for a regular top up to help keep you teeth nice and white for longer.
