Despite the efforts required to pass this through the House, little has been achieved since that time in the Senate.
Environmentalist and politicians have always been a strange combination, even more during the present political landscapes. Our political leaders have struggles to arrive at ways to regulate the carbon trade, ensuring that organizations will have corresponding penalty for excess energy use.
