Aside from building a world-class golf course owner and equestrian rider, Wes Mickle's son Stan spent a number of years of his life living abroad, in Central America and Belize, working with various government ministers to negotiate import-export deals.

Having traveled to more than 30 countries, Stan Mickle has an intimate knowledge of Caribbean and Spanish cultures and business etiquette, and is also fluent in Spanish. These qualities have been essential components for his successful ventures in this region.
