Some words about our staff:
Arlan Kharov started working in tourism as a driver, then he learned French and English languages and became a guide after finishing Kyrgyz guide school Excursus Plus (www.excurs-plus.com). Since he worked in Uzbekistan as a tour-operator he is already 7 years in tourism and has experience in organizing bike trips, trekking tours, Silk Road tours, horseback-riding trips and other adventure tours.
Valeriy Serebrennikov is one of the most famous Kyrgyz mountain guides. He is 64 years old, but he is still the best. You can find references to him in Internet in Russian sources. Being much older than other members of our team he is our friend. At work he arranges mountain and bike trips. He knows every little path in Kyrgyz Mountains. With him you can be sure that your adventure in Kyrgyzstan is just a well-organized trip!
Ainura Adylbekova - among the mountaineers she was called The Queen of Tian-Shian. She is the best student of Serebrennikov, having a big experience in the mountains. She is always open for new useful information. As a mountain guide Ainura works usually up to 4000 m. Her English is very good and we can give you hundred e-mails of happy tourists served by Ainura.
Ramil Samatkulov is a young man who extremely likes mountains. We drew attention on Ramil when he finished the Kyrgyz guide school in 2007 as a best student. After this he worked with Ainura as an assistant till 2010. Today a lot of travel agencies tried to work with him but he likes our team, even sometimes stays in our office later in order to finish his work. During the tourism season in 2010 he will work as an English-speaking guide for Terskei Ala-Too range in southern part of Issyk-Kul.
Maria Rogovaya is a English and German speaking guide. We invited her to work with us first time in 2008, then in 2009, in 2010 at the beginning of January she agreed. We were extremely happy to see her with us! Maria is a very experienced travel guide who graduated from one of the best universities in Bishkek and has a historical background. She studied in US and Germany she knows the history of Kyrgyzstan very well. But the main advantage of Masha is her smile at the airport, which means from first steps on our land that you are really welcomed to Kyrgyzstan!
Aigul Dzhailobaeva is a French speaking guide and tour operator. She is a young but a very clever girl with 3-year experience in the field of tourism. Aigul studies French at Kyrgyz State University and finished the Kyrgyz Guide School in 2009 and was the best student in her group, but our guests like her not only because of her excellent knowledge but also because of her personality. When she starts telling her interesting stories about our country and people those who are listening to her are fascinated with her charm.
Muhamed Kharov takes care about all our travel equipment. Our jeeps and mini-buses are always checked by him to travel to the end of the earth! In good sense!

What haven't you known about kyrgyz people and thier traditions
Have you ever heard of nomadic people that keep their traditions till today? It seems to many of us that such people existed at least 2 centuries ago. But there is a remote corner in the world where you can still meet people that keep their nomadic way of life. In Kyrgyzstan, a small mountainous landlocked country situated in the heart of Central Asia, there are places very high in the mountains where shepherds still live in their traditional homes yurts tents made of felt. This felt houses are very convenient for nomadic life and can be assembled by the Kyrgyz very quickly in 3 hours, and disassembled in 2 hours.
Kyrgyz people have a long history. Once living on the territory of nowadays Kyrgyzstan they had to leave this country because of foreign invaders. But a couple of centuries ago they came back to their historical motherland and kept on their customary way of living.
Now the Kyrgyz observe the customs and traditions of their ancestors. They still hold different festival with traditional Kyrgyz horse-riding games, hunting with golden eagles, celebrate holidays and different occasions with national songs and dishes.
The people of Kyrgyzstan are proud not only of their nomadic traditions, but also of their culture. In Kyrgyzstan almost each corner of the country is surrounded by legends. Kyrgyz epic "Manas" is a world-known because it is the biggest oral epic in the world and enlisted in the Ginners Record Book. This one thousand old epic was written down for the first time only in the 20th century. Before in was transmitted from one generation to another in oral form.
