Villa Yo-yo, Luxury Holiday Villa In Seminyak Bali

, and surrounded by paddy fields and upmarket and charming places to eat, Villa Yo-Yo is a charming property set in one of the most classy areas of Bali.The beach at Seminyak is well know for its' surfers, and this luxury Seminyak boasts stunning panoramic coastline views.
Seminyak is a very classy area of Bali, and has a wide range of internationally acclaimed restaurants such as the famous "Warisan" and "Living room," as well as trendy cocktail bars, nightclubs, spas and fashionable shopping boutiques.
Seminyak is the most visited area of Bali, for business and tourism alike, and is just a 30 minute from the airport. The world renowned golf courses are also within easy reach, as well as a plethora of entertainment such as tennis, horse riding, and dive school to mention a few.
On arrival at Villa Yo-Yo, you enter through antique doors, to a two storey building of contemporary architecture with a wrap around terrace. Set to one side, we find a guest pavilion, swimming pool and two relaxation pavilions, all set within huge walled gardens dotted with coconut palms and tropical plants.
In the main building at Villa Yo-Yo there are 3 bedrooms, the wrap around terrace boasting a dining table for six, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a bar and a sofa, perfect for relaxation!
Inside, there is a large living and dining area with cool terrazzo floorings, this area being used for more formal dining. As well there is a small office area with computer and phone line with Internet connection.
Adjacent to the living area we find one of the two kitchens at Villa Yo-Yo, fully equipped, and set up for the in house staff to prepare you food quickly and efficiently.
The main kitchen, is any chef's dream, with black marble surfaces, and a kitchen garden boasting a statue of the Hindu God "Ganesha."
The TV room is also open plan, boasting large sofas, Satellite T.V, and DVD player. This room has a cozy feels and is enhanced with mirrors and local artifacts.
The Master bedroom at Villa Yo-Yo is located on the ground floor, featuring a four poster bed, air conditioning, TV, DVD, and terrazzo floored en-suite.
The second bedroom is accessed by a terrazzo staircase, featuring queen size bed, and a day bed that can be used as an extra bed. Again, with TV, DVD and en-suite with porcelain details.
The children's bedroom is across the landing, with four single beds, each with individual mosquito net, TV, DVD, en-suite shower room and wooden parquet flooring.
Accessed from both bedrooms, is a wrap around balcony, equipped with daybeds, a perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun with a cocktail.
The Guest house at Villa Yo-Yo is a separate single storey building, with two interconnecting bedrooms. Both boast their own en suite, ornate antique four poster king size beds, air conditioning, the bedrooms, connected by a cozy sitting room. Sliding doors open out directly onto the pool deck, the swimming pool being a 17 x 6.5m lap pool.
Privacy is maintained at this Seminyak luxury villa by a garden wall, and a relaxation pavilion is found at one end of the swimming pool, the perfect "chill out" area, furnished with scatter cushions.
The garden also features a wooden gazebo, in the form of a traditional rice barn, with thatched roof, and winding staircase to an upper floor, making the prefect playhouse for children.
The gardens at Villa Yo-Yo are perfect for venues, and all needs, special events etc.. can be catered for.
Included in your stat at Villa Yo-Yo is a continental style breakfast, safety deposit boxes in all rooms, laundry service, satellite TV, BBQ, transfers on arrival and departure, welcome drinks, a full team of staff, and upon request massage, and at extra charge a car and driver.
