University of Phoenix Online Review - Compared to iMMACC TRAINING
This is a review of the training from the University of Phoenix compared to iMMACC TRAINING in the fields of information technology, web design, and internet marketing. First I will cover my experience with the University of Phoenix because your first experience with any training center or school is likely to be an indicator of the efficiency of the business, or in other words, what to expect once you have spent your money. When I opted in for information on the University of Phoenix I made it very clear that I would like to have a call back in order to obtain more information about their information technology program.
When my phone range, Mark was very pleasant and asked me to confirm that I was interested in some training, however, he then proceeded to want to interview me and gain access to all my information. In other words HE wanted information from me, instead of providing me with information. When I told him I just want to know how much it would cost, and how long it takes, he said he would get me over to a specialist AFTER I answered all his questions. I don't know about you but when I call for information, I expect to get information, rather than having someone ask me for information back. To make a long story short, after going back and forth with Mark, I said "if I don't get to talk to a specialist and get my information, then this phone call is over." At which point Mark apologized and then said "well if you have any more questions or want more information, then give us a call back." ????
Let's forget that call and move on. I called iMMACC TRAINING a while back to inquire about their internet marketing training and web design training, and I got all my questions answered with a real person. In fact, he put me on a team viewer with his computer and my computer and guided me through the whole website, spent an hour on the phone and computer with me, and I was amazed: So amazed that after looking it over some more, I joined the next day and since then I have become incredibly adept at mastering website design and internet marketing.
Whenever you are searching to gain information, how it is presented is sometimes just as important as the information itself. If the University of Phoenix could not answer the most basic questions in a 2 minute phone call, I have no idea how I would get my information technology questions answered after handing over thousands of dollars to them. And at $550 per credit I can only imagine that the total cost would be between $20,000 and $30,000. Compare that to iMMACC TRAINING at just $2297 and I saved about $20,000. While both have legitimate programs, I found iMMACC TRAINING to be more receptive to the students need for one to one personal delivery of information and training. Nobody wants to get the run-around because people want straight answers, and that is what I received with iMMACC TRAINING.
