Aero and brakes finish the setup
Aerodynamics and braking should be treated like the last few seasoning shakes, not the whole meal. More downforce helps the car stick in fast corners, but it can drag down straight-line speed. Brake balance is just as personal. Some drivers like a little more front bias because it feels stable. Others move it rearward for sharper rotation into corners. Test it on the same route, with the same driving line, and you'll quickly feel what works.
