The toothpaste will absorb all the excessive oil from the acne and thus the size of the acne decreases. The next day, wash it off with lukewarm water first and then with cold water.

3. Drinking good, spring water (still or carbonated, it makes no difference) is very important in that it not only helps your skin to stay hydrated and supple, but it aids your body in cleansing itself of toxins, pesticides and other harmful components; if your body is not well hydrated with good quality spring water (not soda water nor chlorinated tap water - if you must use tap water make sure you use a powerful filter), it tries to eliminate toxins in a number of ways, including the skin (hence the appearance of breakouts related to your diet, for example).

4. Naturally cure acne with a baking soda scrub. Baking soda exfoliates your skin and removes dead cells that can clog your pores. Mix some baking soda with water until it forms a paste. Apply the paste to your acne prone areas and gently massage it in. Be careful because baking soda is an abrasive and you don't want to irritate your skin. Rinse the baking soda off and dry your face.

5. Yogurt is a very effective weapon in the fight against acne due to its anti-bacterial and cleansing properties. Use plain yogurt as a natural facial cleanser by massaging the yogurt into the skin for about two minutes and then rinse with cool water. The yogurt will help cleanse away any acne causing bacteria on the face. Yogurt, like milk, also contains lactic acid that will help get rid of harmful oils on the face.

6. Oral supplements can help your body heal itself from skin infections (breakouts are a type of skin infection). You can choose a good quality multi-vitamin supplement and perhaps accompany it with essential single supplements which are extremely useful against breakouts and all skin conditions, such as Vitamin A (with or without Vitamin E) and Zinc (Zinc is also very useful in promoting healing from scars).
