Living Coasts
This is Torquays very own coastal zoo and conservational charity. Located just above the harbour, this attraction focuses on birds and mammals in specially designed naturalistic habitats. It highlights the importance of conservation of coastal and marine life around the world, and features sea otters, fur seals, sea ducks and penguins in outdoor habitats and an octopus odyssey and mangroves featured in indoor habitats. One of the highlights of Living Coasts is the ability to walk around freely with animals such as penguins. Living Coasts is open from 10am everyday and is an excellent way for the entire family to enjoy!

Torquay is synonymous with the queen of murder and mystery writing - Agatha Christie, who was this towns most famous resident.
