I've spent thousands online with little to no results. Several dead ends, and bleak outlooks. Hype programs that promised mountains of riches just don't work. What bothered me most was that I really wanted to believe in programs/people that were selling things online. I put so much faith that outcomes would be favorable, but that's just not the way it typically is. On top of that, do you really think these gurus would reveal their secrets to making money? They may give insight, give an abstract view, but never in-depth the way you would hope.
Okay, here is what has worked for me. I used to pay for ads to display my websites, and quickly fell in debt. The key thing for ANY business to succeed online is to simply generate traffic. If you have traffic, you will be successful. So, I turned to social media. Now, before you gripe and say "wow, your secret is social media," just hear me out. For the record, I'm not into social media at all, and was initially against the idea of going that avenue just because I didn't like it.
Twitter: Simple & effective. Just follow these steps. Go to twitter.com, and sign up for an account. Then, go to Google and search for free twitter tools. There are tons of free tools online, no need to purchase anything. The free tools will allow you to get a TON of followers. All you do is follow people, and most will follow you back. If they don't follow you, a simple click of the mouse will allow you to unfollow them. Build followers, do this daily! Within days you will have a huge following. Then, just tweet. Tweet about anything, it doesn't matter. Throw tweets in about your website, business, etc. This method works.
Facebook: Need I say more? 500+ million users. This is your bank right here. Facebook has made me money, and can do the same for you. Truth be told, there are simple strategies to follow with Facebook that will bring you in good, consistent money. I actually followed a program that not only delivered what it promised, it exceeded everything and much more. First step is to go and create an account if you don't already have one. With Facebook, navigating around can be frustrating without watching things on video. I then virtually did the same thing and got a ton of friends on Facebook. However, it is important to tweak your account when doing these things. Don't worry, I'll give you the link so you can see for yourself.
Following these methods are effective, and better yet they are FREE. Again, I used to pay for ads, and tried several things that never worked. Whether you want to be an affiliate marketer, have an e commerce site, your personal site, blog, etc it doesn't matter. It will literally take a matter of days to build followers/friends, and tweaking your account will separate you from all others.
