Something to remember is that these scales will not necessarily be suitable for every type of material. Some materials will require specialize handling and even a clean environment. On that note though, this is not a cheap scale. It is cheaper than other models of course, but at $100 per scale, it can put a strain on the budget. There are many refurbished scales out there though that you can buy until you feel you are ready to invest in a brand new triple beam scale.
