If that's what you're doing, then you've already answered your own question...it should be obvious why you are not generating income online.
Understand that an online sales process is all about building a strong relationship with your leads by using the necessary tools to allow you to build a relationship with many people simultaneously. If you want to beat your competitiors than stay ahead of them by building a better relationship with your prospects. The marketer that builds the best relationship gets the sale! If you do not want to do that, then you will not make any money.
