The Coconut lagoon offers the facility of 3 kinds of lodging; one is at The Heritage Bungalows where one can avail the facility of independent cottages which are surrounded by lush green lawns and also a flowing canal.
The Heritage Mansions quiet big, where the upper storey of the mansion is made up of wood and looks similar to the sides of the boat. One can have a striking view of the Vembanad lake from here.
There are also Pool Villas in front of the lake which is better known for peace and tranquility. The Pool Villas offer the distinctive facility of private pools and has striking interiors.
