Together they provide a mileage rating of 17/24 mpg or 380 miles per tank.
If you need a little more power, step up to the 2010 Town and Country Touring van that boasts the capability of two different engines when if you choose the optional L package. The Town and Country Touring Van comes standard with 3.8 L 197 horse power V6 12 overhead valves and runs on regular (87 octane) unleaded fuel. This engine also has an electronic throttle control and comes with aluminum alloy cylinder heads, two speed electric fan, low overlap camshafts, and cross-bolted main bearing caps.
If you want the most in power and performance, the 4.0 L SOHC 24 valve V6 engine can be ordered as an additional option on the Town and Country Touring and as a standard feature on the 2010 Town and Country Limited Van. This engine cranks out 251 horse power while maintaining a mileage rating of 17/25 mpg or 400 miles per thankful. The 4.0 L also comes with improved noise vibration and harshness, a redesigned upper intake manifold, an enhanced on-board emission control system and teams up with a class-exclusive standard six speed automatic transmission.
