Pick up from your Hotel in Sharm with private air conditioned modern van and drive you to Dolphinella where You will spend wonderful time in the swimming pool with the Dolphins swimming and playing with these marvelous, friendly, intelligent creatures. This is an unforgettable experience which should not be missed. There are 3 dolphins each one can swim just with 2 persons at a time, family and friends are welcome to come and watch for a small admission charge, making this an ideal opportunity for adults and children alike to have the chance of a lifetime to experience closeness with some of nature's wonders. After your time swimming with Dolphins you will be returned back to your hotel.

- Extra charges for food ordered a la carte or from room service. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel or restaurant.
If you have a problem with any of the Tour Services provided it should be brought to the immediate attention of our representative or the company directly whilst on the Tour. We will then attempt to rectify the situation immediately. Upon return it is almost impossible to correct a situation that could have been corrected during the Tour. Please note that if you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of the program once on the tour, there will be NO refund for these services, as they are prepaid based on the number participating.

Over land tours: No down payment is required as it can be done the day you start your confirmed day trip or the travel package, you can pay using any of the following methods (credit cards, travel checks, cash in your desired currency with updated exchange rate)
Shore excursions: No down payment is required, payment can be done upon your arrival and you can pay using any of the following methods (credit cards, travel checks, cash in your desired currency with updated exchange rate)
Flight excursions: Full payment is required at least 4 days before your requested trip with travel checks or in cash with your preferred currency.
Travel packages: 50 % of the total amount are required one complete week before the tour package starting day using any of the above mentioned methods of payment.
