Summer time is upon us. As the long summer days heat up, we will soon be turning on Utah air conditioning units. If we want to keep our energy costs down, here are some things that will help.
We already know we should change our air filters regularly for the best air flow. Do we also know we should clean our condenser coils too? Cleaning the condenser is an easy, yet important task to do throughout the summer.
To clean the coils, all you need is a garden hose. First remove any leaves or debris that has collected over the winter, and then spray off all the dust and dirt using your garden hose. Keeping the coils clean improves their efficiency.
