The Ontario MTCU recognizes EIFS as a certified trade, and is currently the only location in North America to recognize this specialized skill as a certified trade. IUPAT Ontario offers comprehensive training, safety certification, and post course completion with placement among the unionized employers. The IUPAT collective bargaining agreement provides a minimum hourly wage of $15.60/hr for the first 1200 hours plus an additional 10% vacation pay on gross earnings. Once a worker has completed 3601 hours on the job, all benefits including pension are paid by your employer.
