A requester should get their own statewide criminal record from the State Bureau of Investigation and submit a finger print card and payment of a fee. Third way is to call the criminal record check companies for non-certified statewide record checks. The company that was present in the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts lists will do the work in searching and do record checks.
