It serves the function of letting us be mobile. Shoes on the other hand is a functional invention of man especially when used to specific functions. Military service has made shoes to be more sturdy and more adapt to whichever terrain the operation is happening. Shoes worn by service men are also built to protect and save their lives from any danger either from the forces of nature like snake bites, or from moving away from gunfire. Shoes not only made it easier for the feet to travel but it also saved lives.
