Shopping in comfortable clothes is also more fun anyway since you do not get tired too fast so it's a win-win with this one.
Avoid carrying large amounts of cash
Pick pockets and thieves are always lurking in hallways and malls waiting for an unsuspecting customer to rob clean. Carrying around large amounts of money can make you an easy target for such dangerous people. This also makes you noticeable because you are forced to carry around a fat wallet, huge purse or stash the cash somewhere. Use a credit or debit card instead of cash if they are allowed at your mall. Credit cards are secure and easy to carry around anywhere you go. Also with a credit card thieves have a hard time stealing because personal ID is required before use.
Keep an eye out for your Neighbor
Malls are visited by any people, both adults and children. It does not hurt to keep a lookout for other people when you go shopping. Any shopping mall you go to has security guards and sometimes even uniformed police. Report any abnormal behavior to security so they can check it out. Avoid strange-looking people who approach you randomly and report any suspicious characters if you spot them. It's better to be safe than sorry. Help along elderly people and avoided crowded stalls as much as you can.

When you drive to the mall, make sure that you parking a spot with other cars. Do not park in a lonely area. Basement parking spaces are notorious for being targeted by robbers and other types of people with malicious intent. Do not leave valuable items and money in your car as someone can override your system and steal it. Going with young children to the mall is not a complete no-no but a lot of car must be taken to make sure that they are safe. Hold their hands if they can walk and do not leave them alone even for a minute; that is all the time a kidnapper needs. The shopping has many people and is prone to a lot of germs. Keep the child's hands clean and if they need to eat make sure they clean their hand s first. If you follow all these rules, your trip to the shopping mall should be smooth each and every time.
