When I do not work and in my spare time, I work with the scouts group in my local area
. We meet up a couple of times a week and often do day trips, which involve activities and challenges for the kids to do, from which they can earn badges for. The objective is to collect all the badges. As the scouts are not given any funding for costs or materials we use, we rely on donations from parents, fund raisers and any money spare we ourselves can give. So when it comes to things like the badges the kids earn, it needs to be done as cheap as possible but still look great!I need 29 badges for the whole scout group and at this large size scale, after a little searching I found a site where I could design badges online. When I complete the design steps and finalise the details on the badges, you pay for the badges and then you are given the option for normal postage which is usually within a week or fast track postage, which for a little bit extra, the badges would be to you within a few days. I usually put my order in for my badges within plenty of time before I need them but it is nice to know that if I forget or need the badges quicker, there is also another delivery option for me.
All the badges I have ordered from this website have been excellent and the kids have loved them. It gives something so simple that extra special touch, that gives badges more meaning then just a badge you wear.
