When you have worked as a therapist for as long as me you can soon spot the genuine ones from the fakes. Sadly there are lots of so called therapists out there who are fakes. Either they lack the expertise, experience and common sense needed OR they are just in it for the money and looking for ways to make money from you rather than sort out your problem. When I used to advertise for junior staff I always had lots of people applying and most were rubbish.
Now I am retired I get people asking me where they can go to for genuine help that works.
