In fact it doesn't have anything to do with your computer at all. It is your mindset.
You need to engage in a mindset from the beginning that says "No matter what, I'm going to stick with this until I see the results I'm looking for." Within my last nine years involved this industry I have seen people come into network marketing wanting to attain the results of the person they see on stage, only to be frustrated and quit two months later.
The second thing is that you have to decide on building a particular company. If you have already decided on a company, you have to put the blinders on and keep focused. You can't be a person that promotes a company and in six months joins another. When you start marketing online you are not just building an online mlm business, you are also branding yourself and making a statement with the company you choose to promote. You are also creating a following of loyal associates that will look to you for guidance and leadership. If you start company jumping, it will appear that you have no vision and don't know where you're going, therefore nobody will follow.
The third thing is to understand that there will be a learning curve you'll go through. You have to get educated if you want to build your online mlm business and do it as cost-effectively as you can. Every person learns to crawl before they can walk and the faster you get through that, the faster you'll be running.
The fourth thing you need is to determine what your marketing budget is, if any. There are a lot of different ways to create traffic to your online mlm. Some strategies require capital while others are free. Once you figure out your marketing budget, choose a strategy and FOCUS on it. Become a downright master at that strategy. You have to stick with one method until you understand everything about it. If you are doing PPC campaigns, then become a master at PPC. If you are doing video marketing then become a master at video marketing.
The fifth thing I advise is a marketing system. This is not absolutely necessary, but I will tell you from my own experience that if you don't have a system in place that is effective and works, you'll be checking into to the looney bin in a few months.
A system takes care of the detail work for you, freeing up your time and your mind so you can focus on activities that create profits. The last thing you need to worry about is all the detail work of having your accounts all over the place and also training your team. A well designed marketing system will help take care of that operate on auto-pilot.
Finally, you have to passion. You must be actively building towards your vision and your end goal with a company that gives you passion. If you don't have a company that gives you that passion then find one that does.
