. Actually, the smarter players always shop online for specific reasons. Not everyone is an NHL star and can have sponsored hockey stuff sent to them at the drop of a hat. Most people are recreational players of the sport and tend to watch their dollars more than that of professional ice hockey players.

When I first started playing in my first hockey league, the internet was just starting to get popular, but was not grown to what it has today. After that first purchase everything just spiraled from there. I was soon purchasing everything I could, from Mission hockey pants, to one piece hockey helmets and skates. Just don't forget to look before you buy and make sure you are going with reputable company. Some places won't ship your stuff on time. Others might place your orders on hold without telling you. If you make a big purchase for example, your total hockey items might number five that you purchase, but some places might send 3 first and then the other 2 later. If you you play the sport, the skates are the number one thing that you should look for on the internet, because those are some of the most expensive pieces of hockey equipment that you'll find and the internet is one place that might have them cheaper.
