From your company name (4) they can find the exact location of your job. From your first and last name (3) they can call and see if you are working on a particular day. Now, they can find your car, the one with the vanity plates (IM THE1) in the parking lot (5), and based on the photo you've posted, they are sure they have "you", and can follow you home. You don't know who they are, because they lied about their appearance and their car. Do you still think I am too paranoid?
One of the main online danger signs, is the person that constantly asks questions, and gets a little annoyed if you are not immediately forthcoming. That is Trouble...with a capital "T"!
