These are tests covering all professional areas. You choose the type of test you want to take according to your profession, and then take the online test. Mostly the pass mark is 60%.If you fail then you are given 24 hours to re-take the test. You can do as many tests as you wish as long as you understand the field. Other companies do not require you to take the test. Also in your profile are details of how you want to be paid. You have to choose one option from several payment methods offered by company that you have registered with. These options include: PayPal, Alert pay, Western union and Wire transfer
After doing all of the above, then you are required to browse for jobs and select the ones you want to do. There are thousands of jobs to select from. You select the one you are interested with, apply, and then wait for a reply. Most communication between you and the company is through Email. So you must be checking your email every day. When you get the job, do it making sure you follow instructions from the employer. You need to deliver satisfactory work. Then finally, wait for payments to be credited to your account.
