Christmas Day is celebrated as a major festival and public holiday in countries around the world on 25th December every year. For most of us Christmas is a time for getting together with the family.
It commemorates the birth anniversary of Jesus Christ, the founder of Christianity. Conventionally, it involves decorating a fir tree, singing Christmas carols and exchanging gifts with loved ones. The main celebrations of Christmas take place on the Christmas Eve that is December 24.
On Christmas Day people travel from one end of the country to the other to spend time with each other Christmas will soon be here and there are lots of cards, invitations, gift tags, photos, and more to prepare beforehand.
