Mastering Online Outsourcing

Two things that have really helped me with my online marketing over the years are having an accountability partner and outsourcing

. Also learning how well a solution to some problem will work out when the size of the problem increases. Most people think, I'll develop my business when it is time to develop it. The thing is developing over time can be the downfall of a business if not watched carefully. You have to scale things down and ahead of time know that you have to outsource certain things in your business to grow. Knowing on how you're going to solve a problem ahead of time is something you want to have in your hip pocket.

When I start a new business model, I get a new email account that is online for each website. This way when I outsource work, they can use the email account that I set up for them online. I have work set aside for my virtual assistants and I have enough work for them to keep them busy, while at the same time being productive.

I use a piece of software for voice and video calls to communicate with my virtual assistants, but I'm working on getting that turned over to a ticketing system. The ticketing system will leave a message for my assistants saying that I need such and such done and then I'll get the work finished.

With my new websites I have going up I need to get a link building schedule worked out. Everyday when I start out the day, I have a list of things that need to get done and they end up getting checked off the list. I have them organized in rank of priority. On my to do list, I scan through to see what jobs can be outsourced and get those off to the virtual assistant right away.

I usually get this work out and I'm done doing some of my important tasks by 10am before other people get to their desks. I keep a good log of things to do for up to a year and I knock them all off one by one. I jot ideas down in my notebook and keep everything that is going on in my business written down somewhere. I carry my notebook wherever I go. I call it my million dollar notebook because it is filled with a lot of ideas.

Once a month, I'll sit down and look at my notes from the prior month and look at the stats to see where I am going. Then I ad my things to do to my master list things that keep my company developing over time. Then I take a look at the outsourcing and see where everything has to go then I just do it all over again.
