Sure there's still money to be made in global markets but nowadays you really have to know what you're doing to make a substantial income in these competitive verticals. Why not get proficient at one thing and offer your services to people who live in your county? With just 10 clients you could easily be making job replacement income. Plus you'd get to meet them in person and over time they would feel very dependent on you which is what you want. Even if you charged just $300 per month per client, that's $3,000 monthly for just 10 clients.
We're actually living in a great time on the Internet, but almost all of us are suffering from some type of information overload. There's so many options and most people quit because their will isn't strong enough for them to block everything out and focus on just one skill and become extremely proficient at it, then offering it to a targeted group of people who need it.
