MakeMyTrip Limited (NASDAQ:MMYT), the parent company of MakeMyTrip Private Limited and MakeMyTrip.com Inc., Indias largest online travel company, reported that it has priced its initial public offering of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of USD14 per share. MMYT's ordinary shares will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on 12 Aug 2010 under the symbol MMYT.
Of the total offering of 5,000,000 ordinary shares, 3,846,154 ordinary shares are being offered by the company, while 1,153,846 ordinary shares are being offered by certain selling shareholders. In connection with the offering, the company and certain of the selling shareholders, have granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 ordinary shares to cover over-allotments.

MHR reported a net loss of $6.0 million, or ($0.10) per basic and diluted shares outstanding for the second quarter of 2010, as compared to 2009's second quarter net loss of $3.4 million, or ($0.09) per basic and diluted shares outstanding. Total revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2010 increased 292% to $9.8 million from $2.5 million in the three months ended June 30, 2009.

MHR reported a net loss of $10 million, or ($0.17) per basic and diluted shares outstanding for the first six months of 2010, as compared to 2009's first six months net loss of $4.8 million, or ($0.13) per basic and diluted shares outstanding. Total revenues increased 291% to $17.6 million for the six months ended June 30, 2010 compared to $4.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2009.
